Swish & Swirl
Swish and swirl is an activity that would make you appreciate your sink! It’s part of the “Leave No Trace” motto followed by hikers worldwide. Leave No Trace is just that, leaving a campsite exactly or better than how you found it. That means picking up trash and any other inorganic elements that don’t belong there. Part of this policy was a proper way to wash your bowl. The mechanism is called the Swish & Swirl. What you do is: after a delicious camp meal eaten out of your bowl, you pour in some water and move, or swish, it around. When you have effectively removed the bits and crumbs off your bowl with the help of your swirled water, you drink it. Yum!
