Passive:
when someone just goes on with their life and puts their problems in the
past. Example: When someone says forget it or when they let things roll
off their back.
Aggressive: when someone wants to continue on with the problem and cause more friction. Example: When they say "Why did you bump into me? You have no reason." Assertive: when someone explains their feelings to someone about their actions. Example: Tell them that you don't like their attitude towards you or someone else. Explain yourself. RUBBERBAND THEORY: The rubberband is your temper so when you get aggrevated your band stretches and when you get really mad at someone your rubberband pops. You might say something very bad and you can cause a fight or argument. If you're calm your rubberband is small. Try to keep your rubberband small. |
